This goes great over Pulled Pork!!
1 tbsp Ancho Morita sauce
2 c Sweet Baby Rays hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce
1 c Bounty & Full Wild Cherry
2 tbsp Jamaican Jerk Mango BBQ sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
2 c filtered water
1/2 tsp Yakima Apple wood Smoked Sea Salt
1/2 c Buffalo Trace Whisky
8 oz can tomato sauce
3 fresh sweet bay leaves
3 fresh cinnamon basil leaves
Instructions:
Mix all wet ingredients in a small sauce pan add minced garlic and smoked sea salt and put on a mid high fire.
Chiffonade the bay leaves and basil and add to pot and stir. Bring the sauce to a boil then immediately cover and turn down to a low simmer. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, if sauce thicken too much before that time add more filtered water to thin the sauce.
This will go great over pulled pork!
